Addressable smoke detector model GA7100 is suitable for many uses and types of smoke, and the sensitivity of these detectors is set according to EN 54 part 7. These detectors have a built-in micro-pressurizer for smart operation and their design is modern.
The addressable smart smoke detector has an internal memory for 10 events and having an internal processor makes the fire alarm to be done with the detector’s internal algorithm.
The internal processor announces the error by analyzing the amount of smoke, its behavior and comparing it with the patterns of the fire alarm manufacturer. After announcing the decision on the fire alarm, the LED on the detector is lit, and in parallel, the fire alarm command is sent to the central control panel.
Smoke detectors are vital tools in fire alarm systems that are used to detect smoke and announce its presence in an environment. These devices to detect particles or small particles in the air that usually because of combustion of materials, including wood, plastic or other organic material, are created and used.
Smoke detectors can be in several forms and types:
1. Optical detectors: These detectors use light and a sensor to detect smoke. When smoke enters the device, the light diffuses differently, which is detected by the sensors and the alarm is activated.
2. Thermal-Smoke Detectors (Heat-Optical Detectors): These types of detectors use both thermal and optical detector methods to have the best diagnosis for fire.
Smoke detectors are generally installed in fire alarm or automatic fire extinguishing systems (such as sprinkler systems) to quickly warn and initiate the necessary measures to control and prevent the spread of fire.
