Water ejectors are used to increase the pressure and velocity of water at the outlet.
One of the most obvious examples of the use of these ejectors is seen in car wash hoses.
If you’ve been to a car wash, you’ve probably noticed that their water pressure is very high.
In these systems, a water ejector is used at the hose outlet to create more pressure for cleaning with less water consumption.
This example is one of the smallest applications of water ejectors.
The way these ejectors work is that water enters the ejector and encounters air and a narrow tube at the outlet, which increases the water pressure.
