Submersible Pump is a type of water supply pump or is also known by other names such as deep well pump or irrigation pump. This pump is available in integrated or two-piece form, in both cases the motor is installed at the bottom of the pump to be cooled by water. In the integrated form, the suction is from the end and in the two-piece form, the suction part is located between the electric motor and the pump.
What is called a Submersible Pump in English is a type of multi-stage pump with an electric motor and includes a vertical centrifugal pump used to transfer water or fluid from deep wells.
The selection criteria is also based on the floor and it is installed accordingly and can be one or more floors. Also, in some cases it is installed vertically and in some cases it is installed horizontally depending on the number of floors and the size of the motor. This product consists of two parts: a submersible electric motor and a single submersible pump and is produced from two materials: steel and cast iron.

پس از پر کردن آب حداقل به مدت سی دقیقه اجازه دهید تا حباب ها خارج شود و کمی آب اضافه کنید تا الکتروموتور از آب لبریز شده و سپس درپوش ها را ببندید.
برای پر کردن موتور، آب نباید خورنده باشد. آب آشامیدنی گزینه مناسبی برای این کار است.

Electromotors should be stored in closed and dry spaces with a temperature of 5-60 ° C for the pump and 30-5 ° C for the engine.
The electromotor and pump assembly should be installed at least 50 cm above the bottom of the well.
The maximum number of times these pumps are allowed to be turned on per hour is four times.
To prevent an increase in the number of pump starts and stops, an inverter or a storage source or a pressurized source can be used at the pump outlet.
In circulating systems, since there is no static head and only dynamic head, at zero flow, the head is also zero. As the flow rate increases, the system head also increases. The pump operating point is actually the intersection of this system curve with the pump curve.
To select circulator pumps, we must first calculate their required head and flow rate, and then, once the required flow rate and head are determined, refer to the manufacturer’s catalog and select the appropriate pump.
