Foam spray nozzle review
Foam water spray nozzle (foam water sprinkler) is one of the equipment of foam fire extinguishing system which is used to control foam and spray it in a specific pattern for fire extinguishing. In foam fire extinguishing system, foam and water mixture does not expand without adding air to it. Therefore, there is a need for equipment that adds air to the said mixture at the outlet so that by creating foam, the mixture expands and can cover the fire surface. Foam nozzles are responsible for this task. Foam water spray nozzles have the same function as water sprinkler system spray nozzles, except that they are used in foam fire extinguishing system and to spray foam and water mixture on the surface of the fire. Firetech foam water nozzles are designed for applications where the use of low expansion foam and then a water cooling period is required.
