Sewage pumps review
Sludge pumps are classified and divided under the title of submersible centrifugal pumps. With the use of sludge pumps, it is possible to transfer sludge, which consists of solid particles, to other environments. The sludge pump has the same function as the floor pump, with the difference that it is capable of pumping fluids containing solid particles, fibers, solvents, etc.
There are two types of sludge pumps, three-phase and single-phase, and the speed of the electric motor of the sludge pumps is in the range of 900 to 3000 per minute, the thicker the fluid, the lower the speed. According to the user’s needs and environment, the body material of this product is different, which include steel sludge, cast iron sludge, and bronze sludge. For example, the most common use of these products is in the water well and even in the sewage. Therefore, another application of this pump is transferring and pumping industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater and other fluids with suspended particles and solid particles.
The material and type of this pump is effective in the type of application of the sludge pump. For example, cast iron body sludge pump, brass body sludge pump and steel body are used according to the needs and the environment in which they are supposed to be placed, such as water wells, sewage and toxic and corrosive substances.
