Water pump booster

Water supply pump booster is known as one of the important components in water supply and water supply systems. Therefore, these boosters are used to increase water pressure and ensure water supply to areas that do not have enough water pressure. The water supply pump booster should be designed and installed in such a way as to improve the water supply to the users and be used from different points.

In other words, Water Booster Pump is a device used to increase water pressure in water supply systems. These types of pumps are installed in order to provide sufficient water pressure in areas where natural water pressure is not sufficient.

Booster water pump has different features that may change depending on its type and brand. But the general and important features that are available in most booster pumps are:

Pump power, pump pressure, body material, size, dimensions, etc.

When choosing a water supply pump booster, it is important to consider your specific needs and according to them, choose the right pump for your work and environment. Stay in touch with Datis Asia.

Reliable performance

Appropriate control and automation systems are used for better control and monitoring of booster pump performance.

In booster water pumps, in order to prevent them from being damaged by mechanical or electrical shocks during pump start, inverters are used. By using the inverter, the electric motor starts working slowly and its speed and power increases over time. If the pump reaches its maximum working power and still the pressure and volume of water is not enough, the second pump will automatically enter the flow of the circuit. Due to the large use of these systems in residential complexes, it is also known as a booster pump.

In general, booster pumps for water supply can be divided into two general categories.

1- variable speed water pump booster:

By using this system, in addition to providing standard water pressure, electricity consumption will be optimized in the best way. The reason is that the pumps will be used depending on the consumption and at the required times. Among the advantages of the variable speed water supply pump booster is the ability to achieve constant water pressure even during peak consumption times – the reduction of electricity consumption by up to 30% using step speed change technology and inverter – no need for a spare pump or a hammock jockey pump – Increasing the lifespan of the variable pump booster and reducing the breakdown and wear and tear of all kinds of moving parts of electric motors and couplings – eliminating the shock in the consumption network due to the gradual turning on and off of the electric pumps.

2- booster water supply pump constant cycle:

Pressure switches are used in this type of boosters. This equipment provides the ability to command turn and add pumps to the consumption network based on the need. In this case, each pump is adjusted according to the specified pressure difference with the previous pump. Therefore, pressure and flow rate control will be achieved in a balanced and optimal way.

Booster pumps have single-phase (220 V) or three-phase (three-phase) electricity, or a combination of these two modes. In a more advanced mode, the electric motors of the system can be turned on and off alternately. In this model, pressure control is done using only two pressure switches. One of these switches is set and used in the maximum mode and the other in the minimum pressure mode. When each of these switches is closed, the signal of water pressure reaching minimum or maximum is sent to the booster control panel.
